We are using the standard "My Inbox" Fiori application for managing purchase orders in SAP S/4HANA.
We have created a custom field that has been successfully added to the screen layout of the purchase order.
How can this custom field be displayed in My Inbox detail section ?

The Display Purchase Order app is the source for the purchase order details shown in the My Inbox application and cannot be displayed independently of the My Inbox app. The Display Purchase Order application cannot be extended in the My Inbox application. To extend the Display Purchase Order app view in the My Inbox application, proceed as follows: 1. You are a key user and a business role is assigned to your user, for example: SAP_BR_EXTENSIBILITY_SPEC to work with the Custom Tiles and the Custom Catalog Extensions apps 2. Create a tile for the Display Purchase Order application 3. Adapt the UI of the the Display Purchase Order application
