Hi Akshaya,

Can you follow this step and tell me what is your result ?

1. Start and login your SBO9 preferrably the 32 bit client.

2. Start your CR2011, create a new blank project. In the DataSource creation screen, just proceed without creating any connection.

3. On your empty CR designer, go to the parameter and create a new parameter as below :

4. Add your newly created parameter in the Page header section of your report.

5. In the Addin Menu, click on preview in SBO

6. In SBO, a blank parameter screen will show up. Just click on Ok.

7. My report give me this result :

Try and let me know what your result is.

Hi Akshaya,

To get the  user name, add this as a parameter of type string :

printbyusername@

If your CR is a layout, you can also use : UserCode@ to get the user code.

i already did that.its not working.if i insert this printbyusername@ parameter for that i have to show all user list from OUSR table for parameter selection.

but i want by to print current login user name.

please give me another solution.

The CurrentCEUserName grabs the current username from the credentials that are used when connecting to the Business Objects Repository Server.

I have just tried it on SBO882 PL8 + SBO9.0 both is working perfectly.

the parameter must be of type string.

Did you use preview in SAP Business One menu when running the report ?

Hi Akshaya,

The user name will only show up when you preview the report inside SBO,

You cannot preview it from crystal report designer.
