currency converion issue in sales quotation

Hello Expert

we have facing one issue while creating sales quotation. Currency conversion from NOK to EUR has been not converted as per detailes maintained in OB08.

Can have any one suggest possible reason.

What currency is maintained in condition record? Also, check the related customer master
