Hi,

Sometimes this happens for me too. I don't know why, but usualy this workaround works:

Save the report as .rpt, then go inside SBO, and import it.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Try use managers account or check for authorization issues. Please also try to Upload your Report using SAP Add-ins inside Crystal report 2008 and dont use the report layout manager when importing..

Are you using Crystal reports Basic 2008 for SAP business one? If you using Crystal report 2008 alone then i think you will need to download the correct Cr installer.

Hi

Actually iam using crystal reports 2008

i designed 10 reports for my client and import these ten reports in the test company they are working well

then i imported these report to live company one by one only three of them reports are imported successfully

and opening without any errors and printing is also going well through sapb1

y the remaining reports suddenly causing trouble while upploading?

I checked the report table RDOC in database. I found the only three reports are stored in that table which i uploaded successfully

I also checked the report table RDOC in Test Database . I found all the ten reports are stored in that table with DocCode starting withi RCRI001 to RCRI0010

Is it correct way to insert these DocCode related data from test company to live company using insert statement?

Hi,

You should never try to insert to system table directly. That will invalidate SAP support for your database. Try to find the root cause why only 3 reports are successful imported.

Thanks,

hi,

from the report and layout import wizard after you have specified the file location in the lower side there is Content Type. you must select Report instead of Layout.
