Credit or Debit card option missing

I wanted to purchase a 6 attempts SAP exam package. Unfortunately, I don't see an option to input the Debit or Credit card option. Coud you please help me how to proceed further? Preferred card option showing below is not accepting credit card details as well.

Can you please delete your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

I am attaching the SS for your reference below where cards option is coming as a payment method.

I tried clearing the cache. I am not able to see Credit card option. Could you please try to check from your end if it is visible to you?
