Credit Memo amounts are not getting reduced in Delta Accruals in SAP Condition Contracts

I have an issue in Condition Contract Settlement. Returns and Credit Memo amounts are not getting reduced in Delta Accruals. In WB2R_BUSVOL it shows the negative amount as part of the business volume. However, WB2R_BVDETAIL, it just makes the amount Zero. What is the reason behind this? How can I solve this?

Try the below configuration. It might help you.

In the node 'Specify Settlement Settings for the Condition Contracts", under the "Settlement" section, you will find the field "Save Detailed Statement Data". Change this field to Y or Z and then check.
