Credit Management Migration Cockpit - Further information issue

Hi,

I am currently using the App Migrate your Data (ID: 73473) to migrate specific data, however, I can't find a specific file or sheet in a file where I can introduce the data related to "Further information" (see the below screenshot).

¿Is there something that I am missing? ¿Is there any other way to extend this data to existing customers that have already been migrated to the system?

Is the issue occurring in SAP S4HANA On premise or ECC, or SAP S4HANA Public Cloud? depends upon the system version please update the tag, we will check and update.

Please update the required information as per request made by Anne. to upload the credit management data, please see the attached link : Customer - extend existing record by Credit Management data | SAP Help Portal, for how to maintain the credit management data for customer.

once you create project with required migration objects, a option to download template is available please use the template to upload the data.

Hello Gnanasekaran,

I will follow Anne's advice on relation to my profile picture. By the other hand me and my team have searched through the Q&A forum and the community for a solution, however we haven't found one yet.

Our problem is related to the Credit Profile part. When we want to add more than one item line on a table through the use of the Customer - Extend file, we get an error that says that we are duplicating the customer, because each line that we want to add to the tables requires a line in the Customer -Extend file. See the attached image.image.png

If you know a solution for this please let me know.
