Credit Limit Request Business partner does not exist

Hi,

I am trying to create a Credit Limit Request for customer 2000031, who has the BP role SAP Credit Management (UKM000). However, I am encountering the error message: "Business partner does not exist."

Could you please advise if I am missing any steps in the process? How can I resolve this issue?

Please confirm if the customer roles (FLCU00 and FLU001) have been extended for the respective business partner.

Yes, the customer roles (FLCU00 and FLU001) have been extended for the BP. I can create sale order successfully.
