Creation of Asset APC account

Hi

Please let me know how to create an Asset APC account with cost element category 90. Since its a balance sheet account, it does not allow me to create the cost element.

Please guide me how create the Asset APC account with cost element category 90

Hi,

Ensure that the APC account in FI is asset reconciliation accounts (special balance sheet accounts), this is the condition for creating primary cost element category 90 for this purpose.

It must be created using KA01 followed by message "Account is balance sheet account: cost elemen category is defined" > Enter to continue as this is only information message.

Follow IMG > AA > Transactions > Budget Monitoring with Statistical Orders/WBS Elements > Create Statistical Cost Elements

Create from this path and the error message you get can be suppressed in OBA5
