Hello
When user manually creates PR in me51n and then from this PR creates PO in me21n quantity amount is getting overwritten from minimum lot which is set in material data (MRP1 tab). This is set for MRP which is automaticly creates PO's from PR's for production.
Is there any costumizing option (or anything else) which could enable exactly quantity transfer from PR to PO when manually creating PO from PR ?

Request clarification before answering.
We are using 4.7.
Minimum quantity gets pulled from material master data.
And also when creating PO only (without PR).
But when creating PO from PR people now must check quantity in PR and insert it manually ( because they get minumum quantity on PO), which isn't practical and could lead to human errors.
I wrote a badi, which checks quantity in PR from EKBN table and insert it in PO, but this is a ugly hack.
Is there some setting not to pull minimum quantity to PO, when PO's are manually created ?

Hello Andrej,
In your release (because of the implementation of the note), this shouldnu2019t happen.
Maybe you have activate in Customizing the Control for Quantity Optimizing, please check in SPRO : Logistics u2013 General -> Quantity Optimizing and Allowed Logistics Units of Measure -> Control for Quantity Optimizing -> Assign Control Profiles :
Which control profile you have for your P.O. and then in
Logistics u2013 General -> Quantity Optimizing and Allowed Logistics Units of Measure -> Control for Quantity Optimizing -> Maintain Control Profiles for Quantity Optimizing :
Check if for your profile the min/max check is flagged (try removing theis flag).
Regards,
Mauro
