Creating Condition contract using BAPI_CONDITION_CONTRACT_CREATE

While creating a contract facing error message

"Unit of meas. condition scale" can only be maintained for value scales

How this issue resolved? I am also getting the same error while using bapi_condition_contract_change. I also set scal base type to B but still getting the error

Please check if your condition type is using the correct Scale Base Type. Based on the error message it's not set to 'B Value scale'.

I'm used Res1 condition type. It has Scale Base type as 'B Value Scale2020-10-12-18-35-25-change-view-conditions-conditi.png
