Creating a person responsible in S/4HANA to assign in maintenance Order in IW32

Hi,

I have created maintenance order in S/4HANA IDES system and want to assign person responsible in the order and I am not able to get any person responsible in the list. How to create person responsible so that it appears in the list and I can assign.

Use PA30, to create it.
