Create worker without business user (CB user) in 3SL Public cloud

Hi All,

Please let me know how we can do a mass import for the creation of Workers and not the business user.

We need only worker to be created but business user is not required. Which template needs to be used for this in 'Manage Workforce' App?

We are using S/4 HANA 3SL Public cloud System.

Please advise.

Hi bkinchara,

Within Manage Workforce App, when you purposely make WorkerID and UserName different in your upload template, for example, for a user called John Doe, I enter JOHN as WorkderID, and JOHND as UserName, no business user ID is created.

In the Help doc on how to fill the template, it says "We recommend using the WorkerID as the user name." When I don't follow that recommendation, I don't get the business user created.

I found that out by an accident :-).
