Create scales By BOI I_PurchasingInfoRecordTP

I created a test program and a info record was created, but the scales not exits though test value prepared.

Hello,

Manage Purchasing Info Records does not contain all the features/functionalities that is found in webgui tiles.

As you could see in the Fiori library, you can create info records for the different item category types and scales are not supported.
