I have a requirement to create an Sales Order with Billing plan in an external call from SAP Cloud Integration.
For that I tried to use API_SALES_ORDER_SRV, but reading through the documentation I found the following:
"With this service, it is not possible to:...Use the following entities that are displayed on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub on the API Reference tab and the Schema View tab: Header Billing Plan, Header Billing Plan Item, Item Billing Plan, and Item Billing Plan Item."
And also the note 3440728 mentioning this feature is not available for on premise and cloud private installations and its solution is to wait for S/4HANA 2023 FPS03, but in this release documentation mention this feature is still not available(Although I'm on 2023 FPS02 so I can't verify it)
Looking for the A2A API SalesOrderBulkRequest_In, I could not find anything regarding Billing plan which, for me, means it also do not support it.
Side note is that in Public Cloud this feature is already delivered.
Having said that, what are my possibilities here? Is there another API that I can use to create these Billing Plans in Sales Orders? Maybe I can create a regular SO then append this BPs somehow.

As a half solution, SD consultant have created a Standard Billing Plan on SAP and we reference it in API_SALES_ORDER_SRV field A_SalesOrderItemType/BillingPlan. This way it's created according to the configuration
