Create Sales Order (Manage Sales Order V2) - Product Proposal not working

Dear guys,

we want to use the Manage Sales Order V2 in order to create new sales order using the product proposal feature.

Therefore we have configured the product proposal as described here:

• Maintain Algorithm Parameters for Intelligent Product Proposal

• Maintain Backgr. Procedure Determination for Intelligent Product Proposal

• Maintain Online Procedure Determination for Product Proposal

The mentioned API is also configured and works fine but it isn't triggered at all:
API_INTELLIGENTPRODUCTPROPOSAL_SRV

Additionally we created an entry in Fiori App "Manage Sales Item Proposal" and assigned it to the vendor number.

In VA01 everything works fine but in the Fiori app the products are not proposed - the button "Propose Items" is greyed out.

The button is now active - but when I press the button the system dumps here:

when ms_model-vdm_key-item-key_fieldname.
assign component if_goal_sdoc_item=>co_field_name-item_id of structure <ls_semkey\
> to field-symbol(<lv_item_id>).
 if sy-subrc <> 0.

Hello, if you have already completed all the configuration, the problem could be related to master data. For instance, this Business partner has assigned the proper master data: 

Therefore, the button is displayed as expected:

But for another BP without the master data, the button is grayed out.
