Create Maintenance Plan

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to create maintenance plan through mass upload program, I was able to create Maintenance plan using MPLAN_CREATE FM with following data for header, item, cycles & object list item.

FM MPLAN_CREATE does not have an option to create settlement rule. Thus, I have tried using FM K_SRULE_SAVE_UTASK and its creating records in COBRA and COBRB tables, but in transaction IP03 and IP02 the settlement rule is not displayed.

Basically, there is no linkage between the Maintenance item and settlement rule created in COBRA and COBRB tables. Although I have tired to set the IND_ABRVO indicator to “TRUE” through FM MPLAN_CREATE.

So, is there any other FM or BAPI to create settlement rule linked to maintenance item/plan?

Please note using BDC is not an option.
