Create Customer Project via app 'Plan Customer Project'

While creating Customer Project via app 'Plan Customer Project' i am getting a standard waning message 'We recommend a maximum duration of three years'. I would like to know:

1. If this is just warning and i could carry on with Project duration more than 3 years? 

2. Or not select project duration more than 3 years? and why so? what all other functionalities will be impacted in S4 HANA Professional Service Public cloud?

Hi @nilkpmg91 ,

the message that shows up is a warning message you can skip and use all professional service functionalities also for projects with a duration longer than three years. If the project is running this long it can be set up in this way, however, a lot of projects have a shorter duration.

Thank you David, Not sure why warning message / recommendation been suggested by SAP? there must be some known reason? if not then warning message? thanks
