Create business user API behavior

Hi,

I am creating business user using below API

querybusinessuserin

It creates business user. Also employee is getting created with above payload.

Is this expected behavior?

What change is needed if we don't want employee to get created with business user?

A Business User of the new SAP S/4HANA model is a Business Partner of role type Employee assigned to a SU01-user (workforce). Business Partner is the leading object. Therefore it is not supported to create just SU01-Users (Employee alone). A lot applications rely on this model and would not work anymore. There are no mechanisms currently to create 'Employee' record alone.
