Create and use Service teams without creating HR data for team owner or member

Hello all,

How can I create and use Service teams without creating HR data for team owner or member. We dont have HR module in our Project. To create a service team in Responsibility management, (We use Enterprise Organization Management) , system asking for a business partner with User ID and that need to be linked HR master data. Or I am understanding wrong.

Hello Bidhu,

I had the same situation two years ago with S/4 HANA on premise, so my answer would be valid only for this version of s4hana.

1) Created the MINIMUM data set for employees in PA30. Name, address, mobile phone

2) for teams, you go up here this path SPRO-> Cross application component > General application functions > Responsibility management > Teams and responsibilities > Teams categories > Define teams types

3) SPRO-> Cross application component > General application functions > Responsibility management > Teams and responsibilities > Teams categories > Assign function profiles to team category

4) SPRO-> Service > Master data > Service teams > Define service teams determination rules
