Create and change tiles are not available for sales inquiries and quotations

Hello,

I'm trying to access the following tiles:

• Create Sales Inquiry - VA11
• Change Sales Inquiry - VA12
• Create Sales Quotation- VA21
• Change Sales Quotation - VA22

However, when I search for them, I cannot see the tiles even though I have all the necessary authorizations.

Hello,

There are no dedicated tiles for those apps. You can navigate to those apps by one of those paths:

Through the respective Manage app: 

• Manage Sales Quotations or Manage Sales Quotations - version 2 for the apps VA21 and VA22.
• Manage Sales Inquiries for the apps VA11 and VA12.

Through the WebGUI app for display.

1. Access the display app: Display Sales Inquiries (VA13) or Display Sales Quotations (VA23).
2. Go to Menu -> Sales Document.
3. Select Create or Change.
