Create a work order with Partner Function ZU in SAP Service and Asset Manager

Dear all,

I made configurations for SAP Service and Asset Manager of the maintenance order assignment types for 1 - Responsible for order header. I wonder if it is possible to configure in SAM to create maintenance order with ZU partner function instead of VW (Responsible Person). How the configuration would be done if possible.

There is an OMDO 'SAMxxxx_PARTNER_FUNC'. In the filter parameter, you can see the entries are set. You can adjust the filter to get the correct value downloaded to your mobile device.

I have made this changes in SAMxxxx_PARTNER_FUNC adding the parameter ZU as you mentioned, but when i create an order in SAP Service and Asset Manager, the order is created with partner function VW (Person Responsable) and SAM doesn't show the order created (i think that happens because the SAM filters the orders with partner ZU).

To create a maintenance order with ZU partner function instead of VW (Responsible Person) in SAP Service and Asset Manager, you can follow these steps:

1. Create and assign a partner determination procedure to your respective order types and equipment categories.
2. Put the ZU partner function in the equipment master. It will then be copied through into your order ¹.

I put the ZU partner function in equipment but when i create an order in SAM with the equipment, the partner function is changed to VW (Person Responsible).
