CPI Connection Error

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue, when we are trying to connect a URL using request reply and getting the data using JSON format as body and no authentication we re getting java.net.UnknownHostException:xxxxxxxxxx: Name or service not known

But when we are trying the same via postman/SOAP UI application we are getting successful response.

Can you please help us in resolving the issue

Is that URL accessible via public internet or only via VPN?

Hi Sandesh,

We didn't connect any VPN for testing. But that URL when we are trying to open in Browser its saying this site cannot be reached. 
But its working via Postman and SOAP UI Application
