Coupons not showing in SAP Customer Checkout

Hi Everyone 

I have created a coupon with the type "discount button" using the SAP customer checkout manager and added rules and conditions following the steps mentioned in the link

I have also set the "Org. units" and added the Coupon function button using the Quick selections,

but after adding articles to the CCO screen and then clicking on the "Coupon" button I got an empty screen as attached.

Is there something I missed that prevented me from displaying Coupon IDs in the CCO screen that you can help with please?

Solved.

I synchronized coupons using "Discount" under "Synchronization" in tab in Customer checkout POS
