Couldn't choose user status profile in Create Technical Object app

Dear Experts,

I would like to assign user status profile and set the status manually in Create/Change technical object. But the field is read only even though I have given the "Maintenance planner" role. In addition, maybe related with this business catalog, EAM - Technical Object (SAP_EAM_BC_TO_MC). I couldn't also see this catalog as well in the system. Please guide me how I can define the status profile. Please kindly see the attachment also.

The Technical Object User Status profile is related to the Functional Location Category in configuration. It is added here before a new Functional Location is created.
SPRO - Plant Maintenance>Technical Objects>Functional Locations>Define Functional Location Category

If it is Equipment this is the same it is related to the Equipment Category.
SPRO - Plant Maintenance>Technical Objects>Equipment>Assign User Status Profile to Equipment Category
