Could not connect to license server; enter valid password

Hi,

I try to upgrade B1H 9.0 PL11 to B1H 9.1 PL00, on my demo server.

The upgrade to HANA DB rev.74 the update was completed successfully, the server tools component on Linux server the same.

When I try to run the upgrade wizard on windows machine, the error appears "Could not connect to license server; enter valid password".

I've tried a clean installation of 9.1 server tools on Linux server, but on windows server, when I run the Upgrade wizard for the databases, same error.

I've the Italian localization.

Can someone help me?

It is possible that in the B1H 9.1 upgrade package is there a bug?

Has Anyone tried to perform an upgrade from 9.0 PL11 version for HANA to 9.1 PL00 version for HANA?

can you try using using windows login (username and password ) and try if it works instead of using SAP login details.

I think Mr. Nagarajan found the right Note. Please  follow the steps in the Note to troubleshoot.
