Costing sheet not calculating the Overhead amount when the Standard Cost is created CK11N

Costing sheets attached to the costing variant through valuation variant working well in EPT system.

We created the same costing sheets in DEV system and transported them to TST system, we compared each entry of costing sheet between TST and EPT and were looking perfectly correct.

But when we created the cost estimate for the same material and plant both in TST and EPT, TST failed and EPT was successful, as it was calculating the Overheads through costing sheet.

We are not sure if this was due to Transport and we could not see any issues, unless there is a bug in the system while being transported

Hi,
Have you checked if overheads are maintained in your target system?
As for my understanding in SAP older versions to transport overhead records you had to execute RKAZUTR1 to apply changes to overhead price conditions.

If that is not the issue you should probably double check customizing and master data differences between the systems.

Hi all,thanks for your quick response . In our test system we could maintain the rates directly maintained as per access level, so RKAZUTR1 program we did not run, Is this an issue? Yes we maintained the cost center , in the work center attached to the routing. Hope this is clear

After transporting from one system to another is necessary to run RKAZUTR1 in the target system.
