Hi Experts,
I have two phases in master recipe – 0020 and 0040.
For phase 0020, base quantity is 4 T and machine time is 2 hrs.
For phase 0040, base qty is 20 DR (drums) and machine time is 1 Hr.
The base unit of measure for the material assigned to this recipe is DR (Drum), with conversion maintained as 1 DR = 200 Kg.
As per this equation, 4 T = 2000 Kg = 10 DR, which should require 2 Hrs of machine time.
When I run costing for this material, system is not considering this conversion. Instead, it is treating 4 T as 4 DR and hence time is calculated wrongly as 4 DR requiring 2 Hrs.
Ideally, costing unit being taken from base unit, it should still consider the unit conversion and provide correct activity value. Is there any specific config to enable this?
I have checked thread https://answers.sap.com/questions/2832054/activity-quantity-in-standard-cost-estimate-incorr.html, but seems no conclusion was there.
Appreciate your help, as always.
