Hi,experts,
I have one scenario as mentioned below-Say I have created two maintenance plan where i have assigned individual task list containing the required manhour and components for one dept. Now , I had a budget say one lakhs INR, for this deptt.Now, before scheduling those maintenance plans , i want to know my planned cost as well as estimated cost so that i can compare this cost with my budget?Please, explain how will I come to know through SAP??? thanks in advance.

hi raj,
you can have a check at IP31 for Maintenance Plan Costing but plan should be scheduled and get reports in item wise , operation wise cost element wise etc but this costing report does not include overhead costs...
