Cost center budgeting for eam order

We have cost center budgeting but that doesn't seem to be integrated with eam order for active availability check. Is there any feature coming in future scope

I couldn't see such a feature on the asset management, so maybe you want to open that as a new feature requirement using the SPA influence tool?

Hello @Gb2038 ,

There is no feature available for budgeting at the cost center level. But there are standard SAP reports such as S_ALR_87013611 and the Fiori app- Cost Centers - Actual. These two reports can give you insight into the cost settled on the maintenance-related cost centers. A background job can be set up with a relevant variant and sent to the inbox of a responsible person periodically so that they can track the cost. But the feature of stopping goods issue or time confirmation postings or any warning message if the budget at the cost center is reached at 80% or 90% of the predefined value is not available in SAP.

To handle such a situation, internal orders can be used as cost receivers in maintenance order settlement rule.
