Coresuite layout does not print

Hello All

please assist.

Our client uses Coresuite for printing. However, when they add a Delivery Note, it prints the SAP PLD Layout even though the setting to Print on Add of Delivery note is disabled in SAP.

Any ideas as to why it is not looking at the Coresuite Print Layout?
