Copying control from delivery document to billing document

Dear Experts,

We found that the billing address in sold-to party cannot copy from delivery document but in sales order.

For example, user updated the sold-to party street address A to B in outbound delivery document. But the invoice generated did not retrieve and display the update address B. 

However, if user update the sold-to party information from address A to C in sales order, then the billing document address can retrieve the update address C.

Does s4hana public cloud support to copy the communication information eg. street address and telephone from delivery document to billing document? We seems cannot find relative copying control setting available in IMG?

The copying control from delivery document to billing document does not typically support the direct copying of address details such as street address from the delivery document to the billing document for the sold-to party. The system is designed to retrieve communication information such as addresses predominantly from the sales order level, as you observed.

The following is the relevant configuration you can check. 

**Configuration Settings**: As a business configuration expert, ensure that the copying control between delivery documents and billing documents is checked, specifically in the "Define Copying Control for Delivery Document to Billing Document" configuration activity. Although traditionally this does not map address details, it's worth checking if there are specific fields or extensions that allow such functionality.
