Copying condition type from Quotation to Sales Order

Hi,

I have a scenario where we have a custom condition type ZL03. It is a header condition and we are able to maintain the value in the quotation as expected.

But, when we are trying to create Sales order wrt quotation, this condition type ZL03 is being greyed out in the SO Header level whereas it is having the option to edit in SO item level.

This is not the expected behaviour. We need the option to edit this condition type in SO Header level and grey out in SO item level.

How can this be resolved?

You could try to adjust the condition type configuration in V/06 and the pricing procedure in V/08, like below:

Check Condition Type (V/06):
Ensure "Header Condition" is enabled and uncheck "Item Condition" if it's set.

Adjust Pricing Procedure (V/08):
Ensure ZL03 is set as a header condition in the pricing procedure and remove it from item-level conditions.

Update Copy Control (VTAA - Quotation to Order):
Check pricing settings in header data.

Ensure pricing determination is not overriding header conditions.
After these changes, ZL03 should be editable at the header level in the Sales Order and greyed out at the item level.
