Copy the Material doc info to WA / WI accounting docs

Hello,

In our custom prog we are calling the BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE which is creating the material docs and WA / WI (Goods issue / Goods Receipt) also, well, working fine, but we want to pass some LINE ITEM level info from newly creating material doc to WA / WI  acc. docs, pls. let us know any available User-Exit / BADI / ENH spot? I tried ACC_DOCUMENT but no luck!

As this is not really a Connectivity question, I have added two new tags: FIN and FIN Accounting. But I'm not 100% sure, whether I guessed the area correctly. Please let me know, if I am wrong.

Accounting documents are automatically created when the material document is created -- not sure what you are trying to influence on the accounting document. You should make any changes on accounting documents that are generated due to goods movement documents.

Share what is scenario and need --why you are manually trying to manipulate accounting data. I would not recommend doing manipulation on accounting documents to start with,

Yes, you are correct that we would like to make a change (to populate some free text on acc. doc. LINE ITEM text) on WA/WI accounting documents that are generated due to goods movement documents, its a valid business req. for us

have tried to look FI substitution rule GGB1 ?

I checked GGB1 --> Finance Acct. --> Line Item but I didn't see anything there for WA / WI doc types, I also searched for MKPF/MSEG/Material Doc info in ZRGGBS000 but nothing is there like that, pls. let us know the location/node to look into?
