Copy Contract

Hi,

Is there any way to copy a contract from one company code to another company code ? I am using the copy button on ME31K screen, but at that time Company code field is greyed out.. I can't change that.. Is there any workaround.

Dear,

ME31K

Click COPY DOCUMENT (Ctrl + F2).

A new window open to enter reference document... if you know the source contract enter the number. Press enter.

When return to ME31K screen, the system displays error messge as ... Purchse organization XXXX not related to plant XXXX.

Change the data for which the contract need to make copy.

Enter / change all the relevant data required by you.

• As you mention there is no company code I found in ME31K. **

is it normal that I have a condition (discount) at header level but when copying with reference it moves on each single line?

It is an issue for later management
