COPA Derivation for Partner functions cannot working

S/4 Hana 2023.I have created a derivation rule for Partner functions  Sales Representative(Z2). This field is populating in test mode in KEDR based on sales order number, But when I post delivery and Billing documents, This field is not populating in COPA document

I have followed below steps.

1. I have created a characteristic for Sales Representative(ZZ1_ZEIGYOTT_MSE).

2. Created 2 derivation steps for the characteristic as below.

Sales Representative r

SOURCE FIELDS

VBPA-VBELN = COPA-KAUFN

VBPA-POSNR = COPA-KDPOS (selected Initial value allowed and Entire field content check box)

VBPA-PARVW = GLOBAL-USERTEMP1 (Specified Constant = SD Part Function(i.e.Z2)

TARGET FIELDS

VBPA-KUNNR = COPA-ZZ1_ZEIGYOTT_MSE

The other derivation is same as above except VBPA-POSNR = COPA-KDPOS (constant 000000)

this is working in test mode of KEDR based on sales Order, but during posting these are not flowing.
