Cookbook IS-U/CCS: Billing & Invoicing (Installation Groups)

I refer to note 2578181 - How to find the Cookbook “Payment Scheme” where SAP attaches the Cookbook for an ISU topic.

We need to have a Cookbook, specifically the IS-U/CCS: Billing & Invoicing, which is mentioned as a reference in the Learning Hub IUT230 however, in the link that mentions the book (https://www.sap.com/industries/utilities.html) the indicated path is not found. We need specifically the section about "Installation Groups". 

Does somebody have access to this resource?

You can also use transaction codes associated with installation groups, such as ES32 (Change Installation Group) or ES33 (Display Installation Group), to access specific information directly. In time dependent data, notice there is a field called H-L-Inst. Press F1 on field.

Use

An installation group consists of a primary installation and at least one secondary installation. In some cases, it is useful to define an additional hierarchy in an installation group. An example would be multi-level serial switching.

Dependencies

The higher-level installation must be a utility installation that belongs to the same installation group throughout the entire period.

The higher-level installation must be a primary installation or a secondary installation that is also assigned to a higher-level installation.

You must specify a higher-level utility installation if the Higher-Level Installation Required indicator is selected for the grouping type in the definition of the installation role. If the indicator is not selected, you cannot enter a higher-level installation.

There can be secondary installations with and without higher-level installations in an installation group.
