COOIS - Order Info System - Defect entry for Production Order

Hi Gurus,

I am entering the defects against the Production order when executing the COOIS report it is not shown as blank.

Kindly suggest whether any thing is done from other areas.

This layout was designed to show defects recorded from the Perform Activity app that is part of the PEO solution. Are you using PEO and recording the defects with this app?

Greetings.

No we are not using PEO.

I am using defect entry through QE01 against Production order so on coming across this in COOIS thought could get lime lights on the same.

Apart from this any start report to see all defects entered against Production order?
