Dear Experts,
Customer Service (CS) will be replaced by S/4HANA Service (SAP Note 2269324).
For the foreseeable future we plan to use PM instead of S/4HANA Service. To this extend we would like to retain the current Notification Types as we have a large volume of history and custom enhancements based on the current Notification types.
While it is possible to change existing CS Order Types to PM Order Types, it is not possible to do the same with CS Notifications. (Changing the Notification Category from "03" to "01")
We recognise it is not a simple change as there are many dependent tables using the Notification Category, but other customers must be facing the same issue.
So the question is: Does other customers plan to switch existing CS Notification Types to PM Notification Types, and if so, how do you plan to achieve this?
