Hello
This is the kind of issue that you can easily find the root cause in debug. When saving the order, you can create a watchpoint for the variable SY-MSGNO and use the number of the message you are facing as a condition.
System will stop exactly where the error message is triggered, and you should be able to identify what exactly is missing.

Hi,
if you convert a planned order into a process order the the Prod. Sched. Profile needs to be set to a PI related one.
I guess this is not set right now hence you get the message as PP01 is by standard used.
Set it to PI01 and run it again.
BTW: A order conversion of materials the are PPDS relevant should be performed from PPDS and not from S4.
PPDS is the scheduling leading system and the dates from that system needs to be taken over in the S4core system. In order to keep the ORDID a conversion from PPDS needs to be done. If you convert the order in S4 then a new order is used hence a not ORDID and that "can" lead to a rescheduling.

Hi,
In OPPQ or OPPR, it seems that you have not defined the “Process order” type for the conversion. Retest by assigning the relevant order type. For OPPR also check whether you have assigned the correct MRP group to the material.
