Convergent Invoicing: Contract item field in billing plan is coming as blank

Hi,

We are using detailed billing plan in SOM and CI and when Provider contract and associated billing plan is created, the Contract item field is not mapped to the billing plan items. The VTPOS field is blank in DFKKBIX_BIP_I and in FKKBIX_BILLPLAN screen, the VTPOS field has value '0'.  Any idea, if this is because of any missing config or any SAP Note needs to be implemented Kindly share if you know the solution. Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

The billing plan mapped to a provider contract can be found in DFKK_VT_I table. BILLPLANNO is linked to VTKEY and VTPOS.

VTPOS is not filled in Billing plan created from subscription contract at the moment. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply @deepak_dash. Does this make the BITs created from the Detailed Billing plan not linked to the Contract correctly? Will the hyperlink in the BITs redirect back to the contract?
