Controlling Fiori EAM Access to technical objects by their category

Hi SAP Community,

We're seeking assistance with restricting user access within the EAMS_WDA_TECHOBJ_OIF FIORI Webdynpro Apps (both "Create technical object" and "Edit technical object"). We need to implement granular control over which types of equipment and functional locations a specific user can create and modify.

Specifically, the user should only be permitted to:

• Create: Only Equipment of type 'X' using the "Create technical object" app. Creation of other equipment types (e.g., 'Y') and functional locations should be prohibited.

• Modify: Only Equipment of type 'X' using the "Edit technical object" app. Modification of other equipment types should be prohibited. Furthermore, only functional locations of type 'Z'  should be modifiable. Modifications to other functional location types should be prevented.

We need to understand the best approach to achieve this restriction within the SAP system. Are there specific authorization objects, roles, or configuration settings that would allow us to enforce these precise limitations? If the SAP standard would provide a solution, would there be any suitable BADI or User Exit?Any guidance or best practices on implementing this access control would be greatly appreciated.
