This is not possible,because at contracts there are no schedule line's.So with out scheduleline you cont do the delivery,as per the
standard process the contract should go through sale order,at sale order schedule's are being confirmed from there we do
delivery and invoice.
From scheduling agreements we can do delivery,because at scheduling agreements the schedule line's are confirmed so no
need to go for sale order.
Understand the difference between scheduling agrements and contract's then you can find the solution.
