Contract Release Strategy not triggering

Hi all,

Does anyone know reasons as to why a contract release strategy would not trigger. The release strategy does not trigger for a specific combination of characteristic values; it works for all other combinations. The same characteristic value combinations works in DEV client. It doesn't work in quality client (TRs have not been moved to PRD yet).

The characteristics are company code, purchasing document category, Order type, Total net order value, and Plant.

All these characteristics have many values except:

- Total net order value is > 0.00 USD

and

- Purchasing document category is 'Contract' or 'K'

There is only 01 release strategy here. The release strategy is working fine except for a specific combination of characteristic values in the contract.

The error message showing is 'Purchasing document 8200000013 not subject to release strategy'

If someone know the solution(s) or what I should check, please let me know.

If all the charectredtics are moved for the class along with rekease cides which are assugned to clss pl delete the values assigned and re enter ans save in qa and try simulate at spro and check in front end.

Somes release procedre will give trouble like this.
