Contract Release Orders

Hi Gurus,

I have a question regarding Contracts.

Is there a report that shows the existing contracts and their release orders? I know you can find the release order for a certain contract in the contract itself but I need it as a report.

Hi,

In the standard, this can only be seen through the transaction ME33K/items/release documentation. If you want an extra report, you will need to develop one.

This is really strange how SAP didn't create such a standard report to cover such a requirement.

I will try to create a query to resolve this issue.

The thing is that I'm not looking for contracts that are awaiting to be released, I'm trying to find a way to know the release orders/purchase orders that have been made against the contracts.

Go to Table EKAB and give your Agreement number. You will get all the release orders

Hi,

To get all released documents (POs) related to one contract, may use the Fiori App.

"Manage Purchas Contracts"

add the contract no. then will get list of all POs

In such case I would use ME2N and dynamic selection on item level on the field Outline Agreement. It will give exactly what is needed.
