Hi,

Outline agreements are generally under MM module in SAP and there is no major impact with other modules. However, if account assignments are used, it shall be considered as other module objects are added in the contract.

ME31K mostly used in MM module in ECC but the same used in Sourcing and Procurement  in S4 .  The data created mostly used/referred  by  Sourcing and Procurement  department along with Finance department within an organization.
