Consumption after production

Hi,

I’m facing a technical issue about SAP capabilities.

An operator works for 8hours on an plastic injection machine. After his shift, he has to use SAP to transform a reference A to a reference B according to how many parts he produces.

However he doesn’t produce the same quantity every day, and produces without production order.

Do you know which transaction can fulfill this need ?

If the Production is not based on any Ref of Production Order (or) Any Order, then Prefered to proceed with Repetetive Manufacturing (REM). With this REM Production Process , Operator keep on producing, based on the Traget Qty and can confirm cOnfirm any Quantity ( not necessary to be the same ) on the Daily Basis, with Ref. to the Planned Order.
Confirmation can be done using the Transaction Code : MFBF
