Consumption/Adjusting the usage Cycle to PRT in Public Cloud

Dear All,     

We need solution for below scenario in Public cloud.                                                                         The customer requires  PRT be utilize for 5 production cycles. After the 5th order, the PRT will go for Rework/Consumed and replaced with a new PRT for the 6th production cycle.                                          Is it OKAY to use Equipment PRT in this case??                                                                                   If Yes  For testing,  We have already created the Equipment PRT, along with a counter and a maintenance plan, and assigned it to the routing of the finished goods (FG) material. After confirming the production order, report is generating(Tcode- IK17) for the quantity of equipment consumed.            However, how can we get the report on basis of PRT used in No. of production orders and its restriction beyond 5th production order.

Is there any provision which suits better for above case except PRT                                       Please help

how are you posting confirmations on your production order? Is it per operation or per header? Is in a single confirmation of you post multiple partial confirmations?

unfortunately I am not sure regarding the cloud but on premise it is possible.

Review of measurement documents (see partial conformations where difference is 0):

 

Next step is to define a maintenance plan which gets triggered every (for example) 5 usages.
