I am trying to find the setting for Consolidation of investment in Public cloud. Can someone please let me know where we can find this configuration. Please find attached screenshot that we have in on-premise.

not every configuration step from OP is available in public Cloud. you can also refer to below SSCUI list for all configurations available https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/S4C/Library/Configuration/SSCUI_List_EN_XX.xlsm

the configuration path shown is largely related to COI activity based.

which according to official document, won't be available for new customers 2402 onwards.
