Hi Gurus,
My client has two business areas in Maharashtra at branch wise,
Business Area at branch level. In Maharashtra he as two braches. he wants branch wise report as well state wise report.
can we two business areas into one consolidate business area?

You can have Business Area Consolidation by:
OCC1 Consolidation Division
OCC2 Assignment to Consolidation Division
OCC3 Global Division

Thank you for your reply.
I am unable to pull the consolidated Business Area Report.
Step-1. I have created Con. BA(1500) at OCC1
Step-2. I have assigned the Con. BA(1500) to Business Areas(1000&1200)
Step-3. I have Created a Global Division and assigned the in OCC3.
I tried to pull the Con. BA report at F.01 & F.54 but I couldn't.
Please help me

Hi Ashok
In F.01, under Output Control, you can choose "Business Area Summarisation" as 3. This should have consolidate valuations of business area together. Do not forget to maintain the business areas in F.01. If this works, then you maynot need OCC1 setup etc.
